The portal opens infront of a large, brightly lit cave and soon JadeEye follows out behind you. You look at her, puzzled.
"How'd you know I was going here?...." You ask, confused.
"Because, I just knew...you don't come here without me present anyway. Zyphen doesn't like visitors in the first place." JadeEye says rather bluntly as you follow her inside. You can't spot a torch or anything that would keep a cave so bright until you see a large red mass with flame flickering and dancing down it's spine. Three slivers of horn reflect the fire's light and a pair of blue eyes stare at you. Jade advances and stands next to the creature, patting it's neck and uttering something inaudible to your ears. After a moment, Jade motions for you to join her. You slowly move forward until you can see what the flame belongs to.
The red mass is a large dragon with 6 legs and large wings. On it's head, there are three long horns which point back towards the flame-lit spine of the dragon. It snorts and turns it's gaze on you. You notice that the blue eye of the dragon is the same as JadeEye's blue eyes. She sees your gaze and nods. "Yup, we're blood-bonded..." She lifts her mane up so you can see a set of healed puncture scars on her neck.
You step back from the dragon, who stands and growls at you. JadeEye glances back at the dragon, then motions for you to leave. You skitter out of the cave and sit outside, waiting for Jade to come out. She finally does, without the dragon to your relief, and walks over to you.
"Sorry about that, he doesn't like people getting too close to me. Perhaps you'd better go..."
You agree and hop into the next portal, not wanting to become a dragon snack.
